Free PDF downloads do not require an account or email address. We collect limited information only when you choose to join early access, send a contact request, or use the site in ways covered by basic Vercel analytics.

Information you provide
The early-access form collects your email address, the page and template that led to the signup, an optional use-case choice, and available campaign or referrer fields. The contact form collects your name, email, topic, and message. Do not send child records or other sensitive information.
How the information is used
Early-access data is used to send DaycareForms launch updates and understand which document workflows matter. Contact information is used to respond to the request and maintain an appropriate support record. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Supabase is intended to store early-access signups and contact requests. Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-conscious web analytics and performance measurement. These providers process data under their own terms and security practices.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate page use, downloads, category visits, early-access conversion, and performance. We do not add advertising pixels or build profiles for unrelated advertising.
Retention and deletion
We retain early-access information while the launch list remains active and as needed for consent, suppression, security, and legal obligations. Contact records are kept as needed to address the request. To ask for access or deletion, use the contact form and choose the privacy topic.
Security and children's information
This marketing site is intended for daycare operators and other adults. It is not designed to collect information directly from children. No internet service can promise absolute security, but access is limited and server-only credentials are not exposed to the browser.
Changes
Material updates will receive a new effective date. The current policy is effective August 15, 2026.
