You must verify applicable licensing, public-health, contract, privacy, tax, funding, insurance, and record-retention rules. Use official government, clinician, or program forms when required. Review completed records for accuracy and protect personal information.
Permitted use
You may download, print, and adapt the generic template content for your own childcare or daycare operations. You may not misrepresent DaycareForms as a government agency, sell the unmodified library as your own competing template collection, or use the site unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The DaycareForms name, site design, original guidance, and product-preview presentation remain protected. The unbranded PDF templates are offered for practical provider use under these terms; third-party official materials linked from the site remain the property of their publishers.
Service availability
We may correct, replace, or remove content and may change planned features or pricing before launch. Preview controls do not create an account, save a document, perform an upload, or enter a purchase.
Disclaimers and limitation
The site and templates are provided as available without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, DaycareForms is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a generic template or reliance on a planned feature.
